1. What we collect
Account details you give us: email, name, password, and optionally a profile photo, birthday and gender. Order details: delivery address, items ordered, and the mobile money phone number you pay with. Usage data: pages viewed and searches, used to improve recommendations.
2. Why we collect it
To run your account and deliver your orders; to process payments through MTN MoMo and Airtel Money; to personalize what you see (birthday and gender are only ever used in aggregate to improve recommendations — they are never shown to anyone); and to keep the service safe.
3. Who we share it with
Delivery providers receive your name, address and phone number to fulfil your order. Payment providers (MTN, Airtel) process your payment phone number. We use Supabase to store data securely. We never sell your personal data.
4. Where your data lives
Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers in secure data centers. Chat messages between you and the store are stored so we can keep your conversation history.
5. Your choices
You can edit your profile information at any time, skip optional fields like birthday and gender, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, addresses and conversations.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
