1. Who we are
Buntu (buntu.shop) is an online shop operating in Rwanda. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 18 years old, or use Buntu with the consent of a parent or guardian. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include our service margin. Payment is collected through MTN MoMo or Airtel Money at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received. Delivery times shown per delivery provider are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Delivery and returns
Delivery costs depend on the provider, weight and size you select at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work out a replacement or refund.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Buntu to do anything unlawful, to harass others through chat, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content or restrict access to protect other users.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Buntu after a change means you accept the updated terms.
